About Morten Juel Hansen: He is a PhD Candidate in Project Management in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour at the BI Norwegian Business School. His current research focuses on problem-solving abilities of project teams in challenging and changing environments. Before coming to BI, he took part in a number of start-ups, and worked as a university lecturer in economics.
