Shaping Project Success: Your Input Counts!

Projects seem to be the ultimate way to solve problems, increase revenue, find the cure to diseases, increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, reduce the impact of climate crisis, establish connection between two remote places, create homes for the many, innovate, introduce new technologies, etc.

But how do we determine if a project is successful? Did it meet the budget and deadline? Did it deliver according to the scope? Did it provide homes for 20.000 people, yet it went well over the budget? Was it well organized? How did the project team experience it?

The final verdict depends on so many factors and perspectives, right?

If you feel intrigued by the topic and are keen to know more about the most relevant experiences, learnings, obstacles, challenges, celebrations and takeaways for project professionals in project situations across the globe, then you are invited to take PMI's survey about project success. It takes about 25 minutes to complete and the deadline is 13 June. The Global Summit 2024 event in Los Angeles this September will uncover the findings of this research and will surely be made accessible to the greater audience too.
