Årsmøtet er PMI Norway Chapters høyeste organ, og siden 2016 har årsmøtet vært avholdt tidlig i 4. kvartal. Fram til høsten 2016 ble årsmøtet lagt fysisk til Oslo med deltaking av styret, sendemenn som representerte Branches, samt andre inviterte deltakere. Fra og med det ekstraordinære årsmøtet i 4. kvartal 2016, har årsmøtet vært digitalt. Årsmøtet i 2018 ble gjennomført digitalt og var åpent for alle medlemmer, dvs at sendemann-systemet ikke lenger ble anvendt. Formalia omkring årsmøtet er beskrevet i vedtektene (Bylaws).
Alle saker som fremmes for årsmøtet, skal være behandlet på forhånd i Branches, i styret og i adminstrasjonen som beskrevet i Bylaws. Saker som behandles på årsmøtet, er begrenset til sakslisten i innkallingen til årsmøtet. Benkeforslag er ikke tillatt på årsmøter i PMI Norway Chapter.

The annual meeting is the highest governing body of PMI Norway Chapter, and the annual meeting has been held early in the 4th quarter since 2016 . Before 2016, the annual meeting was held in Oslo with the participation of the Board, delegates representing the Branches, as well as other invited participants. Starting with the extraordinary annual meeting in the 4th quarter of 2016, the annual meeting has been digital. The annual meeting in 2018 was held digitally and was open to all members, which means that the system of delegates was no longer in use. The formalities related to the annual meeting are described in the bylaws.
All matters presented and discussed at the annual meeting must be dealt with in advance in the Branches, in the Board and in the administration as described in the Bylaws. Matters dealt with at the annual meeting are limited to the list of matters in the notice to the annual meeting. Counter proposals are not allowed at annual meetings of the PMI Norway Chapter.
