PMI Norway Chapter's vedtekter kalles "Bylaws", og endringer vedtas ved to tredjedels flertall på årsmøtet, etter forhåndsgodkjenning av PMI Europe.
PMI Norway Chapter is governed by its Bylaws, which can be amended by a two-thirds vote of the voting membership at an Annual Meeting, following a pre-approval of PMI Europe.

Konstitusjonskomiteen har et særlig ansvar for å følge med på at PMI Norway Chapter driftes i tråd med vedtektene. De setter stor pris på tips dersom det foreligger mistanke om kritikkverdige forhold i PMI Norway Chapter.
The Auditing Committee is responsible for keeping an eye out to ensure that PMI Norway Chapter operates in line with its Bylaws. The Committee greatly appreciates input from members and other stakeholders if there are concerns about the activities conducted by PMI Norway Chapter.
