Is change possible? And why even ask this question?

Because change and leadership both challenge everyday life. This includes all the challenges that impact all types of organizations.

• Who succeeds and creates value? Who fails and why, and not least how?
• Can others learn from these processes and outcomes, and can they be transferred and adopted by others?
• Are there lessons to be learned, both good and bad?

To answer the main question, we have put together a conference program that aims to address these questions and hopefully start the discussion on the way forward. During the day there will be speakers who will share evidence of success and confessions of failure.
