IS CHANGE POSSIBLE? - A conference for both Project Professionals and anyone else who thinks there is more to be said about Change Management.

This event has come together through a Bergen-based initiative where we are passionate about helping individuals, companies and organizations achieve Project Management Excellence. Key contributors are the University of Bergen (UiB), PMI Norway Chapter, Bergen Municipality (Bergen Kommune), Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL)), the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and Helse Vest IKT.

Is change possible? Why ask this question?

Because change and leadership both challenge everyday life. This includes all the challenges that impact all types of organizations.

  • Who succeeds and creates value? Who fails and why, and not least how?
  • Can others learn from these processes and outcomes, and can they be transferred and adopted by others?
  • Are there lessons to be learned, both good and bad?

To answer the main question, we have put together a conference program that aims to address these questions and hopefully start the discussion on the way forward. During the day there will be speakers who will share evidence of success and confessions of failure. So please join us at the conference and meet people who may take you forward with new insights and ideas.
