Changes from PMBOK®6 to PMBOK®7

Business Acumen

Curious about PMBOK® Guide 7th Edition and how it can benefit you? In this webinar, Andreas Madjari will provide key insights into what is new in PMBOK® 7.

In recent years, emerging technology, new approaches and rapid market changes have changed the world of work, driving the profession to evolve. A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 7th Edition has been updated to meet these challenges, better align to how people work today and help you be more proactive, innovative, and agile.

The 7th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide:

  • Reflects the full range of development approaches (predictive, traditional, adaptive, agile, hybrid, etc.)
  • Provides an entire section devoted to tailoring the development approach and processes
  • Expands the list of tools and techniques in a new section, "Models, Methods, and Artifacts"
  • Focuses on project outcomes in addition to deliverables
  • Integrates with PMIstandards+™ for access to content that helps the user apply the PMBOK® Guide on the job

Andreas will walk us through the changes and explain how and why these changes have been implemented.

The webinar will be conducted in English, and there will be a Q&A session at the end. We will be using Zoom and registered participants will receive the Zoom login information on the day of the webinar.

Note! The 7th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide can be downloaded (free for members) from this site: PMBOK Guide | Project Management Institute (pmi.org)
