Design Thinking – Not Only for Extroverts
Design Thinking is a powerful approach to brainstorming, problem-solving, and innovation, fostering collaboration in dynamic environments. However, it often comes with an unspoken expectation: participants should be outspoken, spontaneous, and extroverted.
But does effective collaboration really require being the loudest voice in the room?
In this session, we will explore how Design Thinking can be made truly inclusive, ensuring that every participant—regardless of their communication style—has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully. We will break down common misconceptions and discuss practical facilitation techniques that encourage diverse perspectives, unlocking the full creative potential of any team.
Join us to learn how to create a collaborative space where the best ideas thrive—not just the loudest ones.
