AI is Here. Don’t Get Left Behind.
AI is no longer on the horizon. It's in your inbox, your team's workflow, and your customers' expectations. But while tech leaders are busy building, most organizational leaders are left wondering:
What does AI mean for the way I lead?
This interactive session equips project managers, scrum master, team leads, and change agents with a practical, human-centred approach to leading in an AI-powered workplace. Rather than focusing on tools and technologies, we explore how AI is reshaping decision-making, communication, and team dynamics, and what that means for leadership at all levels.
Participants will leave with:
- A clear understanding of how AI is changing the leadership landscape
- A hands-on introduction to the T.H.R.I.V.E. framework for AI-powered leadership
- Concrete ways to use tools like ChatGPT to support building a mindset for innovation, seeing the human side of the AI changes, and getting better stakeholder alignment.
Whether you manage projects, people, or transformation efforts, this session will help you lead with more clarity, creativity, and confidence while staying human at the core.
