ProsjektNorge and PMI seminar in Trondheim
Topic:
Increased productivity in the construction industry has been an area of focus for many years. Several methods are created trying to solve different aspects of the topic. One of these is Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). IPD seeks to improve project outcomes through a collaborative approach of aligning the incentives and goals of the project team through shared risk and reward, early involvement of all parties, and a multiparty agreement.
Nye Veier are in these days trying out this method in one of their projects. We are happy to announce that Johan Arnt Vatnan, Project Director for E6 Trøndelag in Nye Veier, will come and talk about experience from using IPD with focus on early involvement of all parties. In addition, Ole Jonny Klakegg, professor in Project Management at NTNU and special advisor in WSP will look at IPD in a larger context and trends in the industry.
